Behind the grill(?) amber lights.

Amber lights that seem to be located behind the grill blinked when car was parked and turned off. (??)

That might be a perimeter or security light feature, possibly set to blink when locked or triggered. If it keeps going off for no reason, you should probably check the light settings or see if there's a short in the wires

Check if it's tied to an alarm or remote start, otherwise, a multimeter and fuse check might help track down where it's getting power.
