Funny you should ask.

Overall I’ve been loving it.

@ 40k+ miles getting new transmission and crankcase (thank God I bought extended warranty). I know it’s gen 6 first version but this shocked me.

It’s been at the dealer a week and a half.

Did the dealer give you any real explanation for what failed or just a swap and send you on your way?

Cause: CHECKED OUT AND FOUND CODES P0868 P0811 AND PERFORMED TESTS ALL OK DRAIN

THOUGH A SCREEN AND FAILED HAD METAL IN TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY AND ALSO FOUND


METAL DEBRIS INSIDE THE TRANSFER CASE UPON FURTHER INSPECTION. RECOMMEND


REPLACEMENT OF BOTH COMPONENTS DUE TO METAL CONTAMINATION.


Correction: REPLACED TRANS AND RELEARNED ROTOR AND BLED COOLANT FROM PCU AND


REPLACED T-CASE DUE TO METAL IN IT AND FLUSHED COOLER LINES ALIGNED FRONT END.


CUSTOMER CONCERN HAS BEEN ADDRESSED
