Stuck waiting on CR-V recal

I've got a 2023 CR-V and recently got the recall notice, I called my local dealer, and they said I'm on a waitlist with no clear timeframe, is anyone else getting the same vague response?

You're definitely not alone buddy, I've been there too. They said that i needed to wait for the replacement parts to arrive and the list was long. I've tried to contact a few nearby other honda dealerships just to see if their list has less people on it and i succeeded. I still waited for i think 2 weeks, but it was nothing compared to the time i needed to wait in my local dealership. So, i suggest you contact other nearby honda dealers.

Good call, I hadn't thought of checking other dealers nearby. Sounds like it worked out way better for you, so I'll start making some calls this week and hopefully skip the long wait too
