Help me open my car

Now here's a good one. I left my keyfob in my 2018 Honda CR-V while unloading groceries, and now it's locked inside. I don't have a backup key. Is there any trick to get it open without damaging anything? This forgetful person sure needs your tips before calling a locksmith.

Honda Roadside Assistance or a locksmith are your only two options, considering you have only one key. I do have to ask, how did the car manage to lock itself?
