What’s the best oil additive for sticky rings?

My sister has a 2010 CRV with 2.4L engine. The problem is that it burns oil, like a quart every 800 miles. She have done a PVC service and use thicked oil from 0W-20 to 5W-30. Sadly, it didn't do much.
I told her to do an oil treatment 2-300 miles beforehand to free up any possible sticky rings. What do you think guys?

Honestly if it's burning a quart every 800 miles an oil additive might help a little but that's more like masking the issue instead of fixing it sounds more like worn piston rings or valve seals and no magic bottle is gonna reverse that at some point you'll just be delaying the inevitable engine work so unless she's fine topping up oil constantly I'd say it's better to focus on finding the real cause rather than just adding more treatments

This is a more thorough cleaning than just adding something to the oil. You'd remove the spark plugs, pour a cleaner like Seafoam or B-12 Chemtool into each cylinder, and let it sit for a day or two. This can break down the carbon buildup that's likely causing the rings to stick. Beyond that, a strict maintenance schedule with a full synthetic 5W-30 oil is crucial. Stick to changing it every 3,000-4,000 miles to keep the engine clean and prevent future carbon from forming.

If those methods don't work, the problem is likely mechanical wear, not just gunk!! In that case, the only true fix is a rebuild. Check with a mechanic.. they can confirm this with a compression and leak-down test to see if new piston rings are needed.
